The 2025 Colorado is powered by an efficient 2.7-liter turbocharged engine that's been dubbed the TurboMax. This powerplant gives Virginia drivers 310 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque. The Chevy Colorado comes with an independent front suspension system that includes a solid rear axle and leaf springs. In the ZR2 model, the Colorado has big Multimatic DSSV dampers in front and rear DSSVs are mounted on the outside of the frame. The off-road ZR2 is equipped with power-locking front and rear differentials and the rugged ZR2 Bison rides on massive 35-inch tires, the largest available in the mid-size pickup segment.

Every Chevy Colorado is a four-door Crew Cab and it comes with a new center console that has a shift mechanism located closer to the passenger side of the cab. Cupholders are conveniently positioned in front of the center console and the Colorado has a new infotainment screen along with an updated steering wheel as part of the new design. In the ZR2 version you'll get the security of a 45-inch-wide lockable storage box in the bed.
