Everything was perfect. Michelle, Andy, and Neal are always looking out for the customers. Service Tech T.J. correctly diagnosed three lug nuts that were in need of replacement while they were rotating the tires (part of my original service request) and they were quickly replaced at nominal cost. I was also getting new wiper blade inserts and had brought with me the incorrect service coupon for the inserts, this was quickly rectified for me without my asking, and I was soon on my way. Great dealership and crew.

I dropped my 2019 GMC Denali for warranty work on a Wednesday..was told work would be done on Thursday and would be called for pickup no later than Friday. The text message from the service lady said you can contact me anytime day or night..on Friday afternoon when I CALLED to check the truck I was told the lady had gone out of town and no one knew about the warranty. I had already talked with the warranty people and had a text confirmation of what would be paid. On Monday I called and left 3 messages for the lady in service with no reply. A call to the service manager that morning resulted ina return call finally from her that the truck was ready but they had found additional issues. I asked for the rear main seal to be replaced: it WAS NOT. The oil cooler lines were replaced ( supposedly) and the serpentine belt and an inspection. Once I got home and inspected my truck the rear seal was leaking and it doesn't look like the oil lines were replaced. SO THE REQUESTED WORK WAS NOT DONE! Also, my vehicle had been driven approximately 200 miles and 1/4 tank of gas used. I was told I could pick it up on Friday for $915 since no one knew about the warranty.. I plan to post a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as I feel like Harveys planned to charge me full price for work that wasn't done and then also bill the warranty people later. This is terrible customer service and unprofessional treatment by your service department. I had been told that Harveys was not the place to take a vehicle for service , now I realize I should have listened.
