Safety Features
The Chevy Bolt does well on its crash testing from the two leading agencies that carry them out, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. It has several advanced safety features, like adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist and forward automatic emergency braking. This minimizes the chances of a collision near Blacksburg.
Trim Levels
There are two trims for the Chevy Bolt. The base trim is called the 1LT. This trim has all of the standard features on the Bolt, plus a couple of important packages. One package adds a suite of parking assistance tools, and the other adds heated seats and other convenience features. The second trim is the 2LT. The 2LT includes the lower trim packages and has fully leather upholstery, a surround camera, and other extras. There is a new package that adds wireless charging pads, more USB ports, and an upgrade to the sound system. Adaptive cruise control is also available. Both models can optionally add a dual-level charging cable.
